Colleen Taylor and Peter Gilmer of the Regina Anti-Poverty Ministry (RAPM) each bring over 30 years of experience in advocacy, social justice and human services. They attempt to mediate conflict between individuals and institutions with a view to reaching mutually agreed upon resolutions, while also representing clients through the appeal processes which are in place to resolve conflicts.
RAPM staff provide advocacy training workshops and producing educational
resources on anti-poverty issues. Through practicum placements we
provide valuable experience to local human justice and social work
students while at the same time receiving much needed assistance with
ongoing operation of the ministry. Consider donating your time to our
organization: Become an APM off-site or office Volunteer. Contact the APM
office at 306-352-6386 for more information.
